Vaya Con Dios, Biffalo
My best friend and big toe, Biff, passed his final exam with flying carpets on November 15, 2018 at 5:35pm CST. Later, I will share details of his final months, how I tried to make decisions, and how brave and cheerful he was right up to the end. For now, here is a link to pictures via fb with loving comments from many of his fans. My deepest thanks to the Tripawds community. It will be a little bit before I find a new dog, but when I do I will certainly share with all of you. Thanks for everything!!

With tears in our eyes and a candle in our hearts for your sweet Biff, we are so sorry Dave. He had an amazing life with you, the kind of adventures that dogs dream of. What a gift!
You filled his soul with love and joy, and now that he’s got his wings he will repay you a thousand times over by keeping watch from the heavens and guiding you with his wisdom as you walk this earth. Some day, your entire pack will meet again, with all limbs intact!
Thank you so much for sharing his life with us for all these years. It has been such an honor. We will miss him dearly. What an amazing Tripawd.
You hold a special place in our hearts Dave….I’m not sure if you are aware that you were our very first Tripawds Supporter blogger back in 2009. It was your leap of faith in this community that helped us believe in our mission and continue to do what we do here.
Because of you, more dogs, cats and their humans are helped when they need it most. So THANK YOU for making that possible.
In Biff’s name we celebrate our heroes, and continue being there for Tripawds.
Many, many thanks and condolences coming your way.

Thank you so much for the kind words and the wonderful banner which I am fumbling around with right now. Gosh, I had forgotten about supporter blogs being a new thing back then. I’m so pleased that I and my various dogs etc have been able to help. I look forward to writing new tripawd adventures here someday after some mourning and traveling and giving the cat control of the house for a while. In the meantime, I am gathering all of my Biff videos for upload. Thanks so much!
